The Deco Ibarra Philisophy

Deco Ibarra was born as a new chapter in Ibarra’s design journey—a pursuit to reimagine the vintage aesthetics in watches through balance and structure. Inspired by the geometric grace of Manila’s Art Deco architecture and refined by the quiet discipline of Tokyo, Deco Ibarra stands at the crossroads of these two urban spirits.

Conceived by Francisco Moreno, founder of Ibarra, this line took shape during his time in Tokyo, where his evolution as a watchmaker deepened. Deco Ibarra serves as a bridge between Ibarra’s origins and the new chapter of Moreno Watch Studio, embodying both heritage and progression.

Each Deco Ibarra timepiece is a quiet embodiment of Moreno’s philosophy—where design, craft, and intention meet.

Echoing the curves and geometry of Manila’s Art Deco architecture.

A Note

I believe a watch is not merely a tool, but a form that reflects one’s thoughts and spirit. Having founded Ibarra and begun my journey as a watchmaker in Tokyo, I have once again come face to face with the essence of timekeeping.

Deco Ibarra is a bridge of design born from this evolution—where Filipino beauty meets Japanese refinement, in a quiet dialogue between two cities.
